How many books do you offer?
We supply over 20,000 titles that are stored in multiple warehouses.

Are these new books?
These are not used books. When regular bookstores need room for new product, they send their "overstocks" back to the publisher. The publisher marks each book on its end with a little dot or line. We purchase these "remainder" books and offer them to you at bargain prices. We offer an average savings of over 50% off the list price. Because we feature closeouts exclusively, you may not find today's best-sellers, but you will find books on your favorite subjects and by your favorite authors.

Do you sell out of books often?
Due to our bargain prices, our product turns over very quickly. Although we might receive more copies of a particular title, we cannot predict or guarantee it. We suggest you order as quickly as possible to ensure availability.

Where do you ship books to?
We ship books to all US states and Canada.

How are books shipped?
US orders are shipped via the US postal service. Canadian orders are shipped via the Canadian Mail System, either Parcel Post, Express Post, or Canada Post Priority Courier.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following methods of shipping:

Standard Shipping (Postal Book Rate)
o This is our default shipping method for shipping anywhere in the world. It is our most popular and least expensive method. In North America, books are sent via "Media Mail".
o Standard Shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks in North America with the exception of Alaska, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories which could take up to 6 weeks.
o Standard Shipping is available at $3.50 for the first book and $0.99 for each book shipped to the same address thereafter.

Priority Shipping (Priority Mail, Global Priority Parcel Mail)
o This is for people who don't want to wait as long as Standard Shipping, but do not need the order delivered in a huge hurry.
o Priority Shiping takes 3 to 7 business days in North America after the order has been shipped out. Depending on your country, your books are sent "Priority Post" or "Global Priority".
o Priority Shipping is available at $5.50 for the first book and $2.99 for each book shipped to the same address thereafter.

How quickly are the books shipped?
Most orders are confirmed and shipped within 2-3 days.

How much is shipping and handling?

· Shipping rates are calculated in advance, based on the size of your order and the country of destination.

Our shipping charges include:
· packaging (approximately 40 to 50 cents per order)
· shipper's wages to pack and ship each order
· delivery costs to post office/courier service
· actual postage as marked on the outside of each package
· customer service time

Our handling charges cover the cost pulling orders from our vendor's warehouse. Shipping and handling charges can be viewed before our members checkout and submit payment for their book purchase.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and checks by mail. You will find all of these options on the checkout page of our web site after you place your order.

Is ordering online safe?
When you order a book online at Reading Values, you can be certain that no one else will have access to the information you provide. To process transactions, we collect information related to each transaction, such as the amount and the necessary identifying information, including the account numbers or email addresses of the parties involved. During the processing of transactions, we collect verification information from our credit card authorization service.

Can I send books as gifts through you?
Yes. When you order a book it will ask you if it is a gift purchase. You will be able to send the book to any person and address you designate. Your order can contain as many gift books to as many people as you like.

Do you send gift cards for books?
No. We have used the savings from not offering this service to provide our members the lowest prices possible on books.

What is your refund policy?
We cannot refund books that have already been paid for and processed by our vendor.
